There's great news for Xbox 360 owners that created Final Fantasy XI characters on the Beta test. It's now official: those characters will be transferable to the full retail version, said Hiromichi Tanaka, the FFXI Gil game's creator at the 2006 Fan Festival today in Santa Monica. Tanaka didn't go into detail how the accounts will be transferred but could only say that directions will be made available soon.
